Frequently Asked Questions

Attendees must have paid their conference registration fees and completed all available conference surveys to receive CE credit.

Once registration fees have been paid and all surveys completed, attendees will be sent an email with the link to the PDF of their CE certificates. The email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Your receipt was sent to the email address on your registration at the time of payment.

Another copy of the receipt is emailed to all attendees after the conference. Attendees can search for the subject line "Thank Your for Attending the [Conference Title]" to find this email.

Payments can be made by check or credit card (Visa, Discover or MasterCard only).
