To develop a business plan for successful implementation of standardized patient (SP) simulation for faculty new to the role of developing and incorporating simulation in coursework.

  1. Discuss the basic elements of a business plan as it relates to startup costs to SP Simulation
  2. Develop a business plan using a SP simulation checklist
  3. Evaluate the cost analysis related to sustainability

  3. Describe the differences in debriefing and feedback of summative vs formative simulations
