Faculty members across NP programs share a common goal of building successful preceptor relationships to support NP clinical education. Providing sufficient orientation to the preceptors and providing them with ongoing support are fundamentals in the successful relationship. This Webinar will provide participants the opportunity to identify useful strategies and resources for integration into preceptor development for NP programs. The program panel will discuss key preceptor orientation topics and resources to share with preceptors. As well, the speakers will highlight preceptor orientation videos and the revised Partners in NP Education: A Preceptor Manual for NP Programs, Faculty, Preceptors, & Students.
