Hotel Information

The 36th Annual Conference will be held in the historic Omni Shoreham, just blocks from the beautiful National Zoo.  To view information about the hotel and reserve your room under the special NONPF rate, please click "Hotel Information" in the blue box to the right.

Registration

On-line registration for the NONPF Conference has CLOSED.  If you have not registered yet, you may still register on-site.

When you are ready to register for the 36th Annual Conference, please click "Register for Conference" in the blue box to the right.  We have provided you with various registration options:  you may choose to register for the entire conference (April 14- April 18) or for a single day. 

Friday One-Day Registration does not include boxed lunch.

Saturday One-Day Registration does not include business luncheon or NONPF Annual Awards Dinner at the National Press Club.  Tickets for dinner may be purchased for an addional fee.

To begin your registration process, please select your membership type.  If you are brand new to NONPF, you have the option to register for the conference as a "non-member" or to register for the conference and join NONPF at a discounted rate.  Please note:  the Joining Member category is for members who are brand new to NONPF.  

REGISTER EARLY to take advantage of discounted registration fees.  March 19 is the cut-off for early registration fees.  After March 19, Member fees go up to $400, Non-Member fees up to $470, and Joining Member Fees up to $445.   

Do You Still Need to Renew Your Membership?

Remember, you must be an active NONPF Member in order to register for the conference as a joining member.  If you have not yet renewed your membership for the current year, you still have time!  Please click here to access the on-line membership renewal form.  You will need your user-name and password to log in; if you have forgotten your user-name, please email Candi Hoffman.

Additional Registration Items

Once you have chosen your membership type and selected the date(s) that you will be joining us, please continue down the form where you will have the opportunity to include a Pre-Conference Session (an additional $80 per session), purchase tickets to the First Annual Leadership Breakfast, take part in a tour of Washington, DC, or purchase additional banquet tickets.   Please note:  the walking tour of Washington, DC has officially sold-out.

Promotional Codes

If you have received a promotional code, you will have the opportunity to enter it at the end of this form.  NONPF offers a group discount of 5% for groups of 3 or more faculty members registering from the same institution.  NONPF also offers a student rate to non-faculty students enrolled in a NP program.  Please contact Candi Hoffman in order to receive your discount code.
